• Develop and manage your own pipeline of personal and commercial insurance opportunities.
• Quote, present and place coverage through approved Capital Edge Firm carrier and market relationships.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity records and follow agency compliance procedures.
• Provide responsive service throughout the sales, binding and renewal process.
• Complete carrier onboarding, training and licensing requirements applicable to the business you write.

• Active insurance license for the lines of authority you intend to produce, or the ability to obtain the required license before writing business.
• Strong communication, sales and client-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-up consistently.
• Professional judgment and commitment to carrier, regulatory and agency compliance requirements.

• 85% producer / 15% agency commission structure.
