Global Crossing Airlines is seeking an Authorized Person based in Miami, FL, to provide language translation and customer service support on board. This role supplements the cabin crew with non-safety related communication and helps passengers with language barriers to improve the overall experience.
You will translate in real time between passengers and Flight Attendants, assist with announcements, and relay updates during delays or irregular operations while reporting to the Purser.
