Real Estate Associate; Mid-Senior - MIA

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for an Associate in the Real Estate Practice of our Miami office. • Handle significant transactional work in commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, leasing, and overall development work.
• Work with local entrepreneurial and national institutional clients on matters across the country.
• Collaborate directly with the firm’s Co-Global Chair of Real Estate and receive mentorship on legal technicalities and business development skills to advance to a first-chair real estate attorney.
• Engage in client development processes with guidance from shareholders who will provide training and mentoring.

• Minimum of 4 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, leasing, and development).
• Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, keen attention to detail, and willingness to assume significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
• Prior experience at a regional or national law firm.
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
