Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for both experienced immigration attorneys and recent law school graduates licensed to practice law, as our firm offers mentorship from a seasoned immigration attorney. This is a full-time position, and in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Representation:
  Manage a diverse caseload of immigration cases, including family-based visas, asylum applications, deportation defense, and naturalization.
• Legal Research & Documentation:
  Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on immigration laws and policies. Prepare and file necessary applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
• Court & Interview Appearances:
  Represent clients in immigration court and during USCIS interviews, advocating for their rights and best interests.
• Client Communication:
  Maintain timely and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and legal options.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to meet deadlines and ensure comprehensive case management.

Qualifications:

• Education & Licensing:
  Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in any state (Florida preferred).
• Experience:
  
  While prior experience in immigration law is beneficial, it is not required. New law graduates are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship.
• Skills:
  
  Strong analytical, advocacy, and communication skills. Ability to handle a high caseload efficiently and professionally.
• Language:
  Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred to best serve our diverse clientele.
