• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
• Manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, motions, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case files and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law and civil litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Competitive starting salary: $70,000.00 – $ (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
