Now Hiring : Bankruptcy Legal Assistant or Bankruptcy Paralegal (Miami, FL)

A well-established Miami law firm focused on consumer bankruptcy matters (primarily Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) is seeking a dedicated legal professional to join its growing team.

• Bankruptcy Legal Assistant
  Compensation : $20–$25 / hour
  Experience : Minimum 6+ months of bankruptcy experience
  Primary Focus : Client intakes and case support
• Bankruptcy Paralegal
  Compensation : $25–$30 / hour
  Experience : 2+ years of paralegal experience preferred (creditors-side experience acceptable)
  Primary Focus : Preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions

Additional Details :

Employment Type : Direct hire (not contract or contract-to-hire)

Language Requirement : Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (approximately 75% of clients are Spanish-speaking)

Reporting Structure : Reports to supervising paralegals and multiple attorneys

Work Schedule : In‑office, Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 a.m.–6 : 00 p.m. (overtime available if desired)
