A top-10 Am Law international law firm is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Miami
. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator to work on sophisticated disputes while learning from a nationally recognized team. The position offers hands‑on experience across all stages of litigation, as well as meaningful mentorship and professional development.
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record (
Class Years 2022‑2024
) - Active Bar Admission in Florida
, in good standing. - 1–3 years of general litigation experience across a broad range of practices.
- Completion of a federal or state supreme court judicial clerkship is required
. - Prior law firm experience is a plus
. - Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and sound business judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
, motions
, briefs
, and other court filings
. - Support senior attorneys in case development
, strategy
, and client communications
. - Assist with discovery
, including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing evidence. - Participate in depositions
, hearings
, and trials
, providing support to the litigation team. - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Review
, organize
, and manage case files and documentation
. - Engage in pro bono matters to support underserved communities.

- Competitive Compensation
:
Annual base salary is expected to range from $225,000‑$260,000
, depending on experience, qualifications, & market factors. - Discretionary bonus opportunities are also available.
