Associate Attorney

Join Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) as an Associate Attorney in our General Liability Practice Group. We seek licensed attorneys with 2–4 years of experience defending general liability claims, including medical malpractice, premises liability, HOA and assisted living/long‑term care.

• Review and summarize medical records to advocate for clients.
• Draft motions, attend hearings, and represent clients in court.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions as needed.
• Draft initial, interim, pre‑trial, trial, and appellate reports.
• Respond to discovery requests and draft discovery‑related motions.
• Regularly attend court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
