We are looking for a confident litigator with strong analytical and writing skills who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will have experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Prior plaintiff or defense experience in complex personal injury or commercial litigation is preferred.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with The Florida Bar
• 3-10 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters with a proactive and strategic mindset
