Associate Attorney - Real Estate

As part of a dynamic Real Estate Practice, the Associate will work directly with partners, including the Miami Office Co-Chair of Real Estate, gaining hands‑on experience across a wide variety of complex real estate transactions. You will have direct exposure to entrepreneurial local clients as well as national institutional clients across industries.

• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, developments, and leasing of commercial real estate.
• Draft, review, and support negotiation of transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence, including review of leases, contracts, title materials, and surveys.
• Support closing processes and coordinate with clients and third parties.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners who provide deep mentorship on both legal skills and business development.

• 1–3 years of commercial real estate or transactional experience (law firm experience preferred).
• Strong academic record and excellent writing and communication skills.
• High energy, professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Admission to the Florida Bar required.
