Insurance Coverage Attorney

Overview

Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Services group in its Coral Gables office. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas, including but not limited to bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters.

• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
• Experience representing clients in first- and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred.
• Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
