- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal correspondence
- Maintaining corporate records and ensuring entities remain in good standing
- Supporting subpoenas, filings, and legal department projects
- Experience with litigation support and contract management
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with legal tools and document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
