• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda.
• Conduct investigative research and maintain databases.
• Support attorneys in depositions, motion preparation, and trial readiness.
• Coordinate with litigation support teams and vendors for quality control.
• Provide proactive case management and administrative support.

• Experience: 5+ years as a paralegal in litigation or related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required.
• Strong technical skills with document management systems and e‑discovery tools.
