REQUIREMENTS

• Trial-focused civil litigation experience involving patents

• Juris Doctorate Degree

• Strong substantive legal skills, coupled with the ability to lead and manage case teams with limited partner supervision

• Robust business development, legal, leadership and firm management skills

• Undergraduate degree in the engineering, chemistry, biology and/or computer science fields are valuable but not required

The ideal candidate is a driven, self-motivated litigator with patent experience and a strong interest in developing standup and trial experience in high-stakes technology disputes. The firm’s successful IP practice seeks creative and strategically minded candidates who are hungry to take on lead roles in major litigation, including taking and defending depositions, writing and arguing substantive motions, and meaningful participation on trial teams, including preparing witnesses, pretrial argument, and strategy.
