The position is ideal for a young lawyer who wants to be a civil litigator in a small firm environment that does mostly plaintiff work and will expose the new lawyer to an active small law firm environment where we prioritize quality over quantity of cases.

• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Law Review: preferred but not mandatory.
• Top 25% of law class.
• Admitted to the bar (or have passed the bar and are awaiting admission with outstanding academic credentials).
• Interest in civil and commercial litigation.

• Writing pleadings and motions in civil litigation cases in state and federal court.
• Handling discovery in civil litigation cases in state and federal court.
• Attending hearings in civil litigation and commercial cases.
• Assisting supervising attorney in jury and bench trials.

• Updated resume.
• Unofficial law school transcript.
• Two writing samples.
