Morgan Lewis is seeking to hire a highly qualified alternative track associate with excellent academic credentials to join our litigation practice group in our Miami office.
Qualifications- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Member of the Florida bar
- 5 or more years handling high volume litigation
- Familiar with both state and federal court procedures
- Well versed in consumer protection laws including the TCPA and FCRA
- Experience representing financial services institutions is preferred
