- Defend employers in FLSA collectives, Title VII discrimination, and whistle blower cases from EEOC charge through jury trial in S.D. Fla and state courts
- Draft and argue motions to dismiss, compel arbitration, and decertify classes in wage-hour and misclassification disputes
- Take depositions of executives, HR witnesses, and damages experts nationwide
- Lead internal investigations, reductions-in-force, and executive separation negotiations involving equity clawbacks
- Prepare and second-chair (then first-chair) jury trials and arbitrations in high-exposure employment matters
