Construction Litigation Attorney

Siegfried Rivera has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ litigation experience. State and Federal trial experience is required. This is an exciting career opportunity to join a well-established firm. All submissions will be handled confidentially.

• Ability to review and analyze cases effectively
• Draft and edit pleadings
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials in state and federal court
• Manage cases and meet client expectations effectively
• Build trusting relationships with clients
• Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the FL State Bar
• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Be proactive and a self-starter
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be an excellent team player and personable
• Strong academic credentials
• Preferred experience:
  
  Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, Net Docs, AIM, I-Conect, Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, and PACER
