• CASE 1: facial fractures; $1.5M policy –

Offer:

$150,000

• CASE 2:
Commercial truck crash; C5‑C7 fusion; $1M policy –

Offer:

$205,000

• CASE 3:
Lyft red‑light crash; herniated C4‑C5; $1M policy –

Offer:

$90,000

• CASE 4:
Commercial carrier; disc replacement surgery; $1M policy –

Offer:

• CASE 5:
Scooter vs. Semi – Neurocognitive injuries + spine surgeries, $10M policy

• CASE 6:
Femoral fracture, brain injury, ORIF, psychiatric overlay, $1M Policy

• CASE 7:
Scooter vs. Semi – Biceps tendon repair, cervical & lumbar discectomy, post‑concussion syndrome – $10M policy

Your Role

• Depose expert witnesses, conduct mediations, and deliver compelling arguments in court

• Mentor junior litigation staff while overseeing paralegals and case managers

• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance across litigation teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience

• 10+ first‑chair trials to verdict

• Licensed & in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Drive to win, leadership to guide others, and passion to fight for justice
