We are a $35M law firm with a thriving personal injury plaintiff practice seeking an experienced Permanent Case Manager. The role involves managing a variety of personal injury cases from initiation to resolution in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring each case progresses effectively toward resolution.
  • Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel to gather and exchange necessary information.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the case process, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and preparation for trial.
  • Utilize case management software to keep detailed records of all case activities and ensure all case deadlines are met.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to update them on case progress and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop legal strategies and assist in the negotiation of settlements.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case management or a related legal role.
  • A comprehensive understanding of personal injury law and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, legal professionals, and team members.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop appropriate solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred but not required.
