CompensationBase salary: $260,000 - $365,000 per year. Annual bonus eligible.
Candidate Profile- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
- 3–5 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience in purchase and sale transactions, leasing (retail, office, industrial), and real estate lending matters
- Proven ability to manage deals independently, leading diligence review and coordinating closing processes
- Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters
- Lead and manage comprehensive due diligence processes, including title, survey, and related investigations
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to facilitate efficient and timely deal execution
- Provide business‑oriented legal counsel to clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Support senior attorneys on high‑value transactions involving institutional and commercial real‑estate clients
- Deliver high‑quality, detail‑oriented work product under time‑sensitive deadlines
