Miami, FL (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office)

Base salary: $260,000 - $365,000 per year. Annual bonus eligible.

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
• 3–5 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience in purchase and sale transactions, leasing (retail, office, industrial), and real estate lending matters
• Proven ability to manage deals independently, leading diligence review and coordinating closing processes
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment

• Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters
• Lead and manage comprehensive due diligence processes, including title, survey, and related investigations
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to facilitate efficient and timely deal execution
• Provide business‑oriented legal counsel to clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Support senior attorneys on high‑value transactions involving institutional and commercial real‑estate clients
• Deliver high‑quality, detail‑oriented work product under time‑sensitive deadlines
