Overview

We are a well-established and aggressively growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Trial Attorney with a proven track record of success in jury trials. This is not an entry-level role, and general litigators, criminal lawyers, or insurance defense attorneys without direct plaintiff personal injury trial experience will not be considered.

You will be first chair or co-lead on serious injury and wrongful death cases. Our ideal candidate is trial tested, highly strategic, and able to work independently in preparing cases from intake through verdict.

• Serve as first chair or co-lead on serious injury and wrongful death cases.
• Prepare cases from intake through verdict, including developing trial strategy and evidence presentation.
• Conduct depositions, handle motion practice, work with expert witnesses, and manage courtroom appearances.

• 3+ years of active trial experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation
• Licensed and in good standing with the [Insert State] Bar
• Extensive deposition, motion practice, expert witness, and courtroom experience
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and personal injury law
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
