Legal Research & Writing - Associate Attorney

Role Overview:

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in legal research & writing and providing litigation support on insurance coverage matters.
Must be an active member of the Florida Bar.

• An active member of the Florida Bar in good standing, Required
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy
• Judicial Clerkship Preferred
• Prior Appellate or Insurance Coverage Experience Preferred, But Not Required

Your Day-to-Day:

• Complex Research and Analysis
• Assist with Drafting Appellate Briefs
• Draft/review substantive complex pleadings and motions
• Insurance Coverage Analysis
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
