We are seeking to associate with an experienced Florida SIJS attorney to assist with two pending SIJS matters in the Miami area
.
- All supporting documentation has been prepared and submitted
- Cases are in the final phase
, requiring court hearings and SIJS findings/orders
- Drafting SIJS proposed orders
- Requesting and securing court findings
- Ensuring compliance with Florida juvenile court requirements
- Prior SIJS experience strongly preferred
- Ability to act promptly due to client time sensitivity
- Flat fee or hourly (to be discussed)
