This position is primarily remote. Candidates must reside in South Florida and be available for occasional in‑person meetings, hearings, or proceedings. To stay aligned, our legal team meets daily via Zoom to coordinate priorities and workflow.

• Base salary: $150k+
• Bonus:
  Generous, performance‑based, and reflective of your time with the firm, quality of work, time management, and case outcomes.
• Benefits:
  Packages for lawyers are $12,686 to $23,524/year (health insurance, 401(k), long term disability plan (LTD), dues and subscriptions to The Florida Bar and other bar associations, seminars, webinars, maternity/paternity leave. Range depends on pension plan contributions and bar dues which depend on the number of years out of school and number of years with the firm and earnings.)

We are looking for a bright, driven litigator with:

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Honors distinction from undergraduate or law school (preferred)
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• A commitment to civil practice

• Candidates that have clerked for a magistrate or federal judge
• Candidates who have been with US Attorney's Office or Federal Public Defender
