The firm is seeking an experienced Staff Attorney to join its Business Immigration Practice in Miami. This is a client‑facing non‑shareholder track role within a well‑established and highly regarded immigration team of eleven attorneys.

Responsibilities:

• Serve in a client‑facing role supporting shareholders and client teams
• Manage employment‑based and corporate immigration matters from strategy through execution
• Advise on and prepare filings for non‑immigrant classifications including H‑1B, L‑1A/L‑1B, E‑2, J‑1, O‑1 and USMCA/TN
• Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) with strong legal analysis and persuasive writing
• Handle PERM labor certifications, EB‑1 petitions and National Interest Waivers
• Provide guidance on Employment Eligibility Verification and compliance matters
• Effectively multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced legal environment

Qualifications:

• Seven‑plus (7) years of full‑time experience practicing employment‑based or corporate immigration law
• Excellent academic background
• Strong analytical and legal writing skills
• Florida Bar admission is a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of business immigration law and policy
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Clear professional verbal and written communication skills

• Extensive experience responding to RFEs
• Strong grasp of PERM labor certification processes
