Immigration Staff Attorney
The firm is seeking an experienced Staff Attorney to join its Business Immigration Practice in Miami. This is a client‑facing non‑shareholder track role within a well‑established and highly regarded immigration team of eleven attorneys.
The position offers the opportunity to work on complex high‑level employment‑based immigration matters for corporate national and international clients. The role is ideal for a seasoned immigration attorney who enjoys hands‑on legal work, close collaboration with senior attorneys, and direct client engagement—without the pressure of a shareholder track.

Responsibilities:
- Serve in a client‑facing role supporting shareholders and client teams
- Manage employment‑based and corporate immigration matters from strategy through execution
- Advise on and prepare filings for non‑immigrant classifications including H‑1B, L‑1A/L‑1B, E‑2, J‑1, O‑1 and USMCA/TN
- Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) with strong legal analysis and persuasive writing
- Handle PERM labor certifications, EB‑1 petitions and National Interest Waivers
- Provide guidance on Employment Eligibility Verification and compliance matters
- Effectively multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced legal environment
Qualifications:
- Seven‑plus (7) years of full‑time experience practicing employment‑based or corporate immigration law
- Excellent academic background
- Strong analytical and legal writing skills
- Florida Bar admission is a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of business immigration law and policy
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Clear professional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Spanish preferred - Creative, curious, and solution‑oriented mindset
Preferred
Skills:
- Extensive experience responding to RFEs
- Strong grasp of PERM labor certification processes
- Knowledge of EB‑1 and National Interest Waiver filings
