In this role, you will see that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. You are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
In addition, you should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.
REQUIREMENTS &
SKILLS:
- Full-time
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- Team-oriented
