We are currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our Parts Department. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position offers a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and dedicated team.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Accurately process and document all incoming and outgoing parts and accessories shipments.
• Safely load and unload delivery vehicles using necessary equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Organize and store parts and accessories in designated areas, ensuring items are properly labeled and easily accessible.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts warehouse.
• Coordinate with the Parts Counter team and Service Department to ensure timely parts delivery and efficient inventory management.
• Prepare and package parts for shipment, including accurate labeling and proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock levels are accurate and properly maintained.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to the Parts Manager.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain efficient operations and excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding shipping and warehouse operations.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and maintaining inventory.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus (but not required).
• Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
