Logistics Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join a logistics and 3PL operation in Miami, FL. This is an on-site position ideal for someone with strong team leadership, inventory tracking, bonded cargo, and import/export experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing daily customer service operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient shipment coordination, and excellent customer support.

• Supervise, train, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives
• Oversee daily customer service operations within a 3PL and logistics environment
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, tracking inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate container movements, trucking schedules, warehouse orders, and shipment activity
• Manage bonded cargo processes and ensure accurate customs documentation
• Handle import/export documentation and support compliance with shipping regulations
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Support accounts receivable (A/R), customer billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation
• Resolve customer inquiries, shipment discrepancies, and inventory-related issues
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or 3PL operations
• Strong inventory tracking and inventory control experience is required
• Hands-on experience working in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment
• Experience handling bonded cargo and related customs documentation
• Knowledge of all three U.S. Customs in-bond movement types is required:
• Type 61 – Immediate Transportation (IT)
• Type 62 – Transportation & Exportation (T&E)
• Type 63 – Immediate Exportation (IE)
• Strong understanding of import/export operations and shipping documentation
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, and customer account management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and Spanish

• Experience supervising customer service teams within a freight forwarding or 3PL company
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software
• Experience coordinating containers, trucking operations, and warehouse shipments
• Strong background in customer account management and resolving logistics-related issues
• Weekly Pay
• After 30 days:
  Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance.
• Holiday Pay:
  New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Milestone Bonus of 40 hours for every 2000 hours.
