IT Program Manager

Pro Sidian Consulting has an opportunity for an IT Consultant Services - Program Manager located in South Florida - Miami. The Program Manager will lead a team of analysts and developers producing Oracle Policy Automation Rule Bases for a governmental client in charge of Licensing and Permitting processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and implementation of custom technology-enabled business solutions, with a focus on Oracle Policy Modeling, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), and OPA Web Determinations engines.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting or relevant industry knowledge
• Experience as a team leader in a full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment
• Understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Production Experience as an Oracle Policy Automation technical lead
• Production deployment experience using the OPA Web Determinations engine in a US .gov website project
• Demonstrated ability in managing client-side training processes on OPA production rule bases
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Experience leading teams of analysts and developers
• Knowledge and understanding of Licensing and Permitting processes
• A willingness to travel to client locations
