Overview
We are partnered with a vertically integrated commercial real estate and management company recognized as a leading owner, operator, and developer of commercial properties. The Senior Property Manager will oversee a 1 million plus square foot, multi-building property, driving operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
Compensation- Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
- Annual Bonus
- Deliver exceptional service to tenants and partners.
- Manage rent collection and the move-in/move-out process.
- Maintain strong tenant relationships through regular engagement.
- Handle lease administration and assist with renewals, expansions, and contractions.
- Inspect building systems and grounds to ensure standards are met.
- Coordinate vendor services and emergency response procedures.
- Partner with the Chief Engineer on preventive maintenance and safety programs.
- Monitor and review maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and capital planning.
- Oversee purchasing and ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
- Deliver monthly financial reports with variance analysis.
- Manage receivables, tenant defaults, and capital project execution.
- Oversee tenant improvement and renovation projects.
- Review plans, provide updates, and ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
- Coordinate meetings, track costs, and manage project close-out.
- Hire, train, and develop property staff.
- Set goals, monitor performance, and conduct reviews.
- Coach team members and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Proven commitment to customer service with strong tenant relations skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational ability.
- Project management and construction knowledge (AIA contracts, RFIs, change orders, etc.).
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- CPM, CFM, or RPA designation and real estate license preferred.
- 5–10 years of property management experience with success in Class A office properties.
