Are you a builder, innovator, and strategic operational leader? Our client an international publicly traded company is looking for a Senior Director of Global Shared Services to redefine how our global teams work together across Finance, HR, IT, and other key support functions.
In this role, you’ll lead the charge on process excellence, automation, AI‑driven efficiency, and world‑class service delivery—all while shaping a consistent, high‑quality experience for employees and customers across every region.
- Drive the global shared services vision and operational strategy.
- Oversee multiple service centers and centralized support teams around the world.
- Implement smart automation, digital workflows, and scalable processes.
- Own global SLAs, KPIs, service governance, and continuous improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across all regions.
