Overview
An outstanding, full-time opportunity is available for an Assistant Manager with Customer Service experience in the Miami, FL area. Requirements- 2+ years
’ experience in managing employees, schedules, interviewing viable candidates, etc. - Associates Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Previous experience in:
- Employee relations: schedules, disciplinary action, conflict resolution, etc.
- New hires: pre-screening, interviewing, onboarding, etc.
- Management background in Hospitality (hotels, travel, tourism, restaurants, etc), fleets, or retail with a background in managing staff is a huge plus
