Warehouse Specialist

You start your day by checking in with the project team, ensuring all the materials, tools, and equipment are where they need to be. You manage the flow of inventory like a well-orchestrated symphony, making sure everything is organized, efficient, and ready for the team. As materials arrive, you’re on the scene, verifying and inspecting, coordinating smooth operations for loading and unloading.

You’ll be the backbone of the operation, helping keep things running smoothly and efficiently while working side by side with an awesome team.

By the afternoon, you might be mentoring team members on best practices, keeping the storage areas spotless and well-organized, or even proposing ways to improve the workflow. You’ll be constantly in touch with the Purchasing Area, making sure everything is up to speed. Every day, you’re on the lookout for opportunities to make the process better, faster, and safer. At the end of the day, you’ll report directly to the Project Manager, ensuring all tasks are on track and any roadblocks are swiftly resolved.

• Manage inventory flow, inspection, and receiving operations.
