Commercial Service Coordinator/Project Manager

Vast Electrical Contractors, Inc dba Vast Services
, a Certified General and Electrical Contracting company based in Miami, Florida, is seeking a skilled commercial service coordinator to work throughout Florida.

Pay Range

$22.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients or employers about project expectations and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients or employers, finance teams and other team members on budgeting and allocation of funds.
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Manage deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Organize third‑party providers and vendors for elements that can’t be produced in‑house.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects and make adjustments to meet specifications and high standards.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success.
  • Use verbal and written communication to understand project requirements and explain needs to employees and third‑party providers.
  • Apply attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met.
  • Employ problem‑solving abilities to correct challenges or inefficiencies.
  • Use decisive judgment to address pressing project matters when time is limited.
  • Organize and manage multiple tasks, sometimes across multiple projects, simultaneously.
  • Lead and motivate team members to make consistent progress.
  • Set realistic deadlines and strategize daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly progress.
Qualifications
  • MUST read, write, and speak English proficiently—no exceptions. Spanish speaking is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (training will be provided for house software and client software).
  • Strong communication, organizational, time‑management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under time constraints.
