- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the technical team to address and resolve issues
- Oversee the transition from Salesforce to Elevate to improve operational efficiency
- Proven leadership experience in managing maintenance events
- At least 10 years of experience in Business Aviation
- Strong technical knowledge of airframe maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field preferred
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Experience in planning and managing maintenance events for a fleet operator
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate articulately and analytically
- Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
