Chief Executive Officer

We’re hiring multiple executives to support a rapidly expanding portfolio of venture‑backed, modern hospitality companies. The group includes businesses in luxury food logistics, restaurants, and food production, with several new flagship concepts set to launch in 2026.

What You’ll Lead

• Full P&L responsibility across multiple districts, driving revenue, GP/COL performance, and operational excellence.

• Demand generation and brand elevation across the portfolio, including high‑impact launches for 2026 openings.

• Leadership of a multi‑disciplinary team across Operations, Events, Commercial, and central functions.

• Year‑round programming – cultural, seasonal and sporting – to grow footfall, dwell time and spend.

• Expansion of the corporate & private events business across all districts.

• Implementation of consistent systems, SOPs, and service standards.

• Delivery of an exceptional guest experience across restaurants, bars, venues, and public spaces.

What You Bring

• Proven senior leadership across high‑growth logistics or multi‑concept hospitality with full P&L ownership.

• Strong commercial track record in high‑volume, experience‑led destinations.

• Ability to lead and develop large, diverse teams.

• Expertise in events, programming, and experiential revenue growth.

• Operational discipline – systems, SOPs, reporting, and accountability.

• Confident communicator who thrives in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments.
