Location: Orlando, Florida

$110,000 - $150,000 (pending experience) + 401K + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role:

You will oversee and manage high-profile construction projects while supervising and mentoring dedicated project teams. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations
, your primary focus will be ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, thereby strengthening client trust and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

You will play a pivotal role in preconstruction planning, project execution, financial oversight, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead overall project administration, setting project-specific objectives, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with corporate policies.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain direct, high-level communication with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth construction activities and strong relationships.
  • Oversight & Monitoring: Monitor construction progress, guarantee budget adherence, and ensure strict contract compliance in coordination with Site Operations Managers.
  • Financial & Planning: Prepare and manage project schedules, financial forecasts, comprehensive estimates, and actively assist in reviewing RFPs and attending pre-bid meetings.
  • Team Development: Supervise, train, and mentor assigned Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Managers.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively analyze and resolve complex project challenges and represent the company in project meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, covering estimating, design, finance, and operations for a General Contractor.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent proven experience).
  • Leadership: Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to apply innovative management techniques to optimize team performance and efficiency.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in project management software (scheduling, budgeting) and general computer systems.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
