Position Summary :
Crown Residential is seeking a Resident Manager (Resident Experience Focus) to oversee the day-to‑day management of a boutique 46‑unit multifamily community in Coconut Grove. This role is responsible for delivering a high‑touch, hospitality‑driven resident experience while maintaining strong operational, financial, and compliance standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES :Tasks listed below and are not an exhaustive list of all the tasks that may be required for this position.
Property Operations & Asset Management- Oversee all daily operations of the assigned multifamily property
- Utilize Yardi to maintain accurate and timely reporting
- Work with our Accounting team to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reports
- Manage vendors, expenses, purchasing, and inventory
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Manage leasing activities, renewals, pricing, and vacancy planning
- Achieve competitive occupancy and rental growth targets
- Analyze market trends and competitive properties
- Foster a hospitality‑driven living environment
- Conduct move‑ins, move‑outs, and inspections
- Plan and execute resident community events
- Monitor resident feedback and online reputation
- Ensure Fair Housing, ADA, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes

RequirementsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION :
Required Skills & Competencies- Proficiency in Yardi is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong intermediate mathematical abilities and experience reading community financials.
- Possess software skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel, and a variety of industry‑specific platforms and systems
- Consistent, regular and in‑person attendance during assigned hours at the workplace are required
- Required :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Preferred :
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Boutique or Class A multifamily experience
- Lease‑up or new development exposure
- NALP certification
