Position Summary :

Crown Residential is seeking a Resident Manager (Resident Experience Focus) to oversee the day-to‑day management of a boutique 46‑unit multifamily community in Coconut Grove. This role is responsible for delivering a high‑touch, hospitality‑driven resident experience while maintaining strong operational, financial, and compliance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Tasks listed below and are not an exhaustive list of all the tasks that may be required for this position.

Property Operations & Asset Management
  • Oversee all daily operations of the assigned multifamily property
  • Utilize Yardi to maintain accurate and timely reporting
  • Work with our Accounting team to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reports
  • Manage vendors, expenses, purchasing, and inventory
  • Conduct regular property inspections
Leasing, Revenue & Market Performance
  • Manage leasing activities, renewals, pricing, and vacancy planning
  • Achieve competitive occupancy and rental growth targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitive properties
Resident Experience & Community Engagement
  • Foster a hospitality‑driven living environment
  • Conduct move‑ins, move‑outs, and inspections
  • Plan and execute resident community events
  • Monitor resident feedback and online reputation
Risk Management & Compliance
  • Ensure Fair Housing, ADA, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION :

Required Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency in Yardi is required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong intermediate mathematical abilities and experience reading community financials.
  • Possess software skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel, and a variety of industry‑specific platforms and systems
  • Consistent, regular and in‑person attendance during assigned hours at the workplace are required
Education & Experience
  • Required :
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Preferred :
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Boutique or Class A multifamily experience
  • Lease‑up or new development exposure
  • NALP certification
