Reporting into the Uniforms leadership structure, the Uniform Operations function plays a critical role in delivering the full workforce and volunteer uniform program for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. This team oversees the end-to-end operational delivery of the Uniform Distribution Centers (UDCs) across all host cities, ensuring that every workforce member and volunteer receives a seamless, efficient, and high-quality experience. The main responsibilities include:

Uniform Operations Delivery & UDC Management

• Support or lead the daily operations of the Uniform Distribution Center (UDC), ensuring smooth flow across check-in, waiting zones, fitting rooms, uniform collection stations, and check-out.
• Manage uniform product flow, including inventory accuracy, replenishment, and distribution efficiency.
• Oversee setup, readiness, and back-of-house organization to ensure the UDC remains fully operational throughout each shift.
• Execute opening and closing processes, operational transitions, and venue preparation for peak distribution periods.
• Maintain consistent service delivery standards and ensure all processes meet FIFA quality expectations.

Logistics, Inventory & Product Management

• Coordinate logistics for uniform delivery, restocking, product organization, and inventory movements.
• Monitor stock availability and troubleshoot issues related to shortages, miscounts, or distribution delays.
• Implement product management strategies to optimize flow, reduce bottlenecks, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support system troubleshooting and serve as a point of escalation for operational and technical challenges.

Workforce, Volunteer & Customer Experience Support

• Train, guide, and support uniform volunteers to deliver high-touch customer service.
• Manage volunteer deployment, reassign support based on client flow, and resolve on-the-ground issues.
• Provide direct assistance to workforce members, volunteers, and stakeholders collecting uniforms, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
