Televisa Univision is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Development to play a leadership role in shaping Televisa Univision’s long-term growth strategy. The Senior Director will help lead the evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture investments, and strategic partnerships across media, technology, streaming, sports, and adjacent verticals. The role also includes identifying transformative opportunities that position Televisa Univision for continued leadership in the fast-evolving global media landscape.

This highly visible position requires someone with strong financial acumen, strategic insight, and the ability to partner with senior executives across the organization.
** YOUR DAY-DAY:** (aka Responsibilities)
* ** Deal Leadership:
** Help lead M&A, joint ventures, venture investments, and strategic partnerships, from sourcing and due diligence to negotiation, structuring, operation planning and integration.
* ** Corporate Strategy &

Innovation:
** Partner with senior leadership to evaluate new business models, innovation opportunities, and emerging technologies that can accelerate growth.
* ** Market & Competitive Analysis:
** Conduct strategic market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive assessments to identify new business opportunities and inform decision-making.
* ** Financial Leadership:
** Build financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to evaluate investment opportunities and business plans.
* ** Executive Communications:
** Craft and deliver high-quality presentations and recommendations for the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and other senior stakeholders.
* ** Relationship Management:
** Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and strategic counter parties.
* ** Team Development:
** Mentor and manage junior members of the Corporate Development team.
** YOU HAVE:** (qualifications, required skills & experience)

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* *
* Experience:

** 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or management consulting. Experience leading complex deals in the Media industry strongly preferred.

* Skills:

** + Exceptional financial modeling and valuation expertise, with ability to assess complex deal structures. + Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated experience driving corporate innovation. + Superior written and verbal communication skills, including Board-level presentation experience. + Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. + High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and executive presence.

** English required;
Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
