Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders. Plans and facilities project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitors task completion status to identity at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans. Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary. Job Scope Supervisory ResponsibilitiesBudgetary Responsibilities No No Principal Duties and Responsibilities Leads and manages large-scale, cross-departmental projects from initiation to completion, including renovations and upgrades
Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
Ensures that all projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to quality standards
Coordinates with internal departments to allocate resources and ensure that team members have the necessary tools and information to succeed
Manages relationships with external contractors, vendors, and service providers
Oversees the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and ensure the proper execution of service agreements
Monitors vendor performance and resolve any issues related to quality, timelines, or costs
Develops and manages the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled throughout the project lifecycle
Approves and tracks invoices for project-related work, ensuring financial accountability Ensures that all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Works closely with the HSE department to ensure work meets safety requirements
Monitors project teams’ performance and adjust as needed to ensure project success
Identifies potential risks or issues related to projects and implement strategies to mitigate them Provides proactive communication and problem-solving to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track
Serves as the main point of contact for all individuals involved in a project, ensuring timely and accurate updates
Facilitates meetings and presentations for management to report on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
Analyzes existing organizational processes and identify opportunities for improvement Works with departments to implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and support business growth
Guides, mentors, and develops project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Ensures the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in project execution Tracks and reports on project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provides regular status updates and detailed reports to management, ensuring projects are aligned with company goals and objectives
Performs all other duties as requested

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Finance, Business Management and/or related field
Experience2 years related experience
License
Valid driver's license and valid passport
Travel
Constant travel within the U.S. and other Tropical Caribbean locations in the Caribbean Physical Office Environment - Manual dexterity to perform repetitive motion tasks on computer. Ability to bend, stoop or reach overhead. Manage department equipment. Ability to sit for approximately eight hours per day. Ability to travel in various modes of transportation (e.g. automobile, airplane, train, etc.). Occasionally exposed to outside elements during traveling and site visits.
