What You'll Do:- Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Service organization focused on employee engagement, accountability, and continuous growth
- Own customer experience outcomes by establishing service excellence standards and driving customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
- Develop and leverage KPI reporting, business intelligence, and operational analytics to drive informed decision-making and performance improvements
- Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Operations leadership to align customer service objectives with business goals
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, workflow improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability
- Proven success leading customer service, account management, or sales support functions in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Demonstrated experience building and developing high-performing teams while driving accountability, engagement, and operational results
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with expertise in KPI management, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making; advanced Excel proficiency required
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish; aerospace or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred
