Title:
Director of Operations - Commercial Laundry

Salary: $180,000 to $220,000 base salary + operational KPI-based bonus

Location: Miami, FL

• Travel across facilities in Miami, Pompano, Orlando, Haines City, Bradenton/Sarasota, and Atlanta

• Laundry industry experience
• Demonstrated success leading multiple operating locations with accountability for productivity, staffing, scheduling, overtime, retention, and costs

• Lead operating performance and cost improvement across six continuously operating plants
• Manage and develop six plant managers while maintaining detailed visibility into individual facility performance
• Optimize staffing and production schedules to meet customer deadlines while controlling overtime and improving employee retention
• Maintain production continuity during equipment failures, operational disruptions, and plant-management vacancies
• Standardize operating practices across customer-owned goods processing facilities with demanding turnaround requirements
• Drive measurable improvements in productivity, labor utilization, scheduling, and cost control
