Scale AI is hiring an Engagement Manager for the Public Sector to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and strong client management across executive to end-user levels.
You will manage day-to-day execution, scope use cases with Scale’s engineering team, and drive a high-quality customer experience with a cross-functional group. On-site in Omaha area 4 days/week and travel ~25%.
