Head of Field

• 10+ years in construction or low-voltage or physical security or electrical, or specialty contracting.
• Experience leading multiple Project Managers, Superintendents, or Field Managers (not just field crews).
• Multi-project or portfolio management across multiple locations or states.
• Experience building operational processes.
• Strong customer-facing experience managing escalations and executive relationships.
• Experience managing subcontractors and improving field execution.
• Scheduling, forecasting, and operational ownership.

• Base Salary: $120,000 per year
• Performance Bonus:
