Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President in Fund/Client Accounting to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. There is a four day in office requirement.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:- Direct multiple Fund Accounting teams responsible for conducting accounting services on behalf of a broad array of assigned clients, including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.
- Direct processes and allocation of resources in determining the net asset value (NAV) for assigned funds in multiple sectors for each measurement cycle.
- Manage relationships with a broad set of clients and resolve any unique escalated issues related to fund calculations and accounting.
- Provide guidance to teams to ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures and resolve complex escalated issues from team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience and at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
- People leadership experience is applicable, as this role manages multiple Fund/Client Accounting teams.
