Production Supervisor

General Description

Production Supervisor will oversee the production process in the fulfillment department to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring that all safety, quality, and production standards are met.

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of production workers to ensure the efficient and timely production of products specifically measuring and achieving UPPH targets.
• Monitor production processes to ensure that quality standards are met and that products are produced in accordance with customer requirements.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available to support production requirements.
• Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
• Monitor production performance to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Track changeovers and reduce changeover times targeting zero time lost to changeover.
• Train and develop production employees to improve their skills and enhance their productivity.
• Ensure the team tracks all hour‑by‑hour production/downtime and develop mitigation actions to correct non‑conformances.
• Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, engineering, and quality to ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
