Job Description

Your work ties us all together, helping our teams function and operate. Take charge of day‑to‑day operations and help ensure flight and product efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Disassemble aircraft engine components
  • Clean parts using solvents or ultrasonic cleaners
  • Reassemble using hand tools and torque wrenches
  • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and repair schemes
  • Understand part tolerances, limits, and wear inspections
  • Help with incoming inspection of parts (visual, dimensional)
  • Document repairs and maintenance performed in work orders
  • Track parts using in‑house software (SA Menu)
  • Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
  • Apply brazing materials, set up and operate brazing machines, and ensure quality through inspection and testing
  • Perform other duties as assigned (clean work areas/tools, organize components for reassembly, help manage spare parts and tooling)
Position Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in the aviation field or related functions
  • Mechanical aptitude: previous experience using hand and/or power tools
  • Experience working with technical drawings or work instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English

  • Exposure to aerospace manufacturing or maintenance environments
