This is a full-time, on-site role in Miami, FL for a Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator will support day-to-day production operations by managing communication, coordinating production schedules, and organizing all documentation related to manufacturing processes. This role will work closely with the Development Coordinator and cross-functional teams to ensure products move efficiently through the production pipeline, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
The Coordinator will also oversee tracking systems, inventory, and internal reporting to support smooth operational workflows.
- Coordinate production activities through effective communication and partnership with the Development Coordinator.
- Track all production details and maintain accurate reports to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure products are moving according to schedule.
- Assist in updating Production Status Reports (PSRs) with all incoming notes, including bulk ship dates.
- Schedule production calls with factory vendors and internal team members to align on priorities.
- Create and send Pre-Production (PP) and Top of Production (TOP) Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintain E-commerce production details, including size charts, weights, product descriptions, and SKUs.
- Organize and manage production files on Google Drive, including WIP reports, PSRs, and project documentation.
- Manage factory credits by reconciling PO and packing list discrepancies and quality control shortages.
- Create warehouse and account supplies orders, ensuring timely delivery to meet production timelines.
- Update and maintain daily production reports and the production calendar.
- Participate in internal STRATA calls and provide updates on all production activities.
- Track internal and external production inventory on the Production Stock Monday board.
- Document factory and internal production notes from calls, organize them, and distribute via Slack while maintaining proper storage on Google Drive.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience in production planning, production management, or related operational roles.
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in garment manufacturing or a related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Production Management, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
